November 23 General Director the investment group "Pro-Consulting" Dmitry Oleynik participated in the Dotsenko-Bilous's program "Business strategy and a law" on UBC channel

This program also participated a chairman of "Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange" Peter Pereverzev. Subject program was devoted to the basic benefits of options: "Options - from hedging to tax planning".

During the program guests discussed the benefits of options as derivative securities. Guests told that options allow to plan the financial flows in the enterprise, to hedge the risks of bussines activity and also an options have special taxation.

It was also noted that SSMSC revised the procedure of options issue. This year June 16 SSMSC approved a new procedure of options issue registration which came into force on 10 October 2009 after state registration in Ministry of Justice.

The decision between Mr. Oleinik and Mr. Pereverzev about a reducing rate for issue service and treatment an options on the market was the result of discussion.

It was done for its implementing and increasing popularity in the market. Mr. Oleinik said that the options can bring significant advantages and benefits when they are used in various spheres of the economy even in the present circumstances.Especially guests callers to the studio interested in the possibility of using an options in agriculture and market dealers cars
